Terms of Service & Disclaimer

These terms govern your use of kündigen24.ch, operated by the entity named in our Imprint. By using the service you accept them.

A technical transmission service

kündigen24.ch helps you create a cancellation letter and transmits it on your behalf — as registered mail (Einschreiben) or A-Post Plus via Swiss Post. Our role is limited to preparing, printing and posting the letter with the details you provide. We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice.

No guarantee of acceptance

We guarantee only that your letter is dispatched to the address you selected. We cannot and do not guarantee that the provider receives, accepts, or acts on the cancellation, nor that a contract ends on any particular date. Notice periods, contractual conditions and the provider's own handling are outside our control.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter — recipient, customer or contract number, address and desired termination date — and for meeting the notice period that applies to your contract. Please keep the proof of posting and tracking we provide as your own evidence of dispatch.

Scope and honest limits

We verify provider addresses where possible, but directory data can be incomplete or outdated. Where an address is unverified we mark it as such. The price shown covers letter preparation and postage only; it does not include any fee a provider might charge.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the correct dispatch of your letter and to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from a provider's response, missed deadlines caused by incorrect input, or delays within the postal network.

Governing law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of the operating entity, subject to any mandatory consumer protections. [Final jurisdiction clause to be confirmed with counsel.]
