We already hold Biorto’s verified address and details. Click on “Cancel Biorto now” to start.
Add your details, pick the termination date, sign online and finish your order.
After confirmation of your order, kündigen24.ch prints your cancellation and posts it to Biorto as registered mail — the format Swiss courts recognise as proof.
You get the tracking number and a copy of the signed letter. With the tracking number you can follow your sending until Biorto has received it.
Have these on hand and you'll be done in one sitting:
| Contract type | Notice period | Cancellable |

A notice period is how much warning your provider legally requires before a contract can end. Miss it and the contract usually renews for another term, so timing matters as much as wording.
You can cancel for a specific date or simply for the earliest possible date. The latter is safest when you're unsure, because it can't be rejected for bad timing.
We send every letter as registered mail. That gives you a dated, tracked proof of delivery — the evidence you'd need if a provider later claims it never arrived.

Yes. Your signed cancellation letter is your own legal declaration; kündigen24.ch simply prepares it in the correct form and posts it. Sent as registered mail, it is as binding as a letter you'd write and send yourself.
The registered-mail receipt proves when your letter was delivered, so the notice period runs from that date regardless. If Biorto keeps billing you, that proof is what settles the dispute.
It starts when your cancellation reaches the provider, not when you send it. That's why we post it as tracked registered mail, and why sending a few days early is wise.
Sometimes — for example after a price increase, a move abroad, or a change to the terms. An extraordinary cancellation needs a valid reason; if you're unsure, also cancel for the next possible ordinary date to stay covered.
